Volunteers are essential to a Great EVENT!

All consignors are encouraged to volunteer.  In appreciation of our wonderful volunteers who help make the sale run smoothly, all volunteers will

receive a presale pass to shop the Monday night presale before the consignors and the public. 
 
Consignors who volunteer also get more of the sales price of their items!
 
“Silver Volunteers”
“Silver Volunteers” work one four-hour shift and will receive a pass to pre-shop at 7:30pm.  Those who volunteer AND consign will get a pre-shop pass for themselves at 7:30pm and a pass for a friend to shop at the Tuesday guest presale at 6pm.
 
“Gold Volunteers”
“Gold Volunteers” work two four-hour shifts and will receive a pass to pre-shop Monday at 6:30pm.  Those who volunteer AND consign will get 70% of their items’ sale price, a presale pass for themselves at 6pm and a pass for a friend to shop at the Tuesday guest presale at 6pm.
 
“Platinum Volunteers”
“Platinum Volunteers” work three or more four-hour shifts and will receive a pass to pre-shop Monday at 5:30pm.  Those who volunteer AND consign will get 75% of their items’ sale price, a presale pass for themselves at 5:30pm and a pass for a friend to shop at the Tuesday guest presale at 6pm.

 
“Diamond Volunteers”
“Diamond Volunteers” work four or more four-hour shifts and can pre-shop from 4-5pm on Monday.  There are a limited number of Diamond Volunteer spots and you must have volunteered at the 2 previous events to qualify.  Please contact us if you would like to be a Diamond Volunteer.  Diamond Volunteers who are also consignors get 80% of their items’ sale price, a presale pass for themselves at 4pm and a pass for a friend to shop at at the Tuesday guest presale at 6pm.
 
If you are volunteering, please arrive a few minutes early.  Call your volunteer coordinator at 850-3280 as soon as possible if an emergency arises and you cannot make your shift.  We understand that things do come up and we will do what we can to fill opened positions.
 
If you are unable to make your shift, you can have someone come in your place which will still allow you the benefits of attending the presale and a higher percentage of your sales.  However, you must email or call Fairytale Threads, LLC and let us know who will be covering your shift to get the proper credit.
 
If a volunteer fails to work their scheduled shift(s) or assigned position(s) you will not be able to volunteer or consign in the future.
 
If a consignor fails to work their scheduled shift(s) or assigned position(s) you will be charged $30.00, which will come from the proceeds of your consigned items.  This is done to ensure those who work hard and volunteer get their benefits!
